Where r the library in Bacolod City?
Because no library from a school where USLS-IS with no student an ID with a teacher are allowed. More frequent public libraries?
Go to Bacolod's Library Hub in Awing (near Rizal Elementary School) cor. Araneta – Libertad Street, Bacolod City. This is a public library, hope this will help you;)

I like the message and the emotion that the video evokes. As I am writing this, there will be street children in Baoolod viewing their lot in life as one that is normal and simply a fact of life. Their hopes and dreams are focused on the next meal and maybe on the satisfaction of a basic need. I would like to make a difference in some of these children’s life. I would like to give them the opportunity to live a purpose-filled life.
