Extension or deportation?

I overstayed my visa extension by 120 days here in the Philippines for visit my relatives fiances different province where the immigration office is not available. Will I face deportation or punishment now that I have arrived back in bacolod city where I received my first extension? Pays the penalty is no problem, but need an extension to marry my girlfriend Filipino here in Bacolod City in May 2009. Should I go the immigrations or it is better by a agent? If I need an agent, can someone suggest the best way to stay until marriage? I would also like to open a branch of my Engineering Company from the state here in the Philippines. Any suggestions on the best visa to do so after wedding?

It's no problem. You can do it either way. You can go to people in any Fri Office and pay for an extension and pay The fine for not getting it before the visa expired, or you can hire a fixer to do everything for you. In general, you can get a series of renewals that allow you to stay up to two years without leaving. However, each extension will be progressively more expensive. The whole two years, if no late fees, will likely run you about $ 500. The best fixers commonly found in travel agencies. NOT hire a fixer to the hanging out on the street BI Office. Here is the schedule of payment ... http://immigration.gov.ph/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=118&Itemid=43
