What is the most affordable beachfront hotel in Boracay?
Prefer to station 1 and 2
How affordable is affordable? beachfront hotel / resorts are quite expensive if you compare it against the hotel / resorts that are not beachfront. ofcourse, the fact that it is "beachfront" adds to the value of what you are paying. Also, the station 1 is the best place to stay compared to Station 2 because the sand is cleaner, has a wide area of the beach and less crowded. careful, some hotels / resorts say on their sites that they are beachfront but in reality, there is a road that separates the beach from their place and you have to cross it (but it was only a 4-5 minutes). Also, the offpeak rates will begin on June 16 (in most hotels) so that you are given the best rates) Also, not be confused with beachfront hotels and beach views. Here are some recommendations in regard to "affordable" hotel (2k/night more or less) and they are really beach front, ie when you step out of place, then you be stepping on the white sand beach: a) blue Lilly villa (in station1) - this is the cheapest I think, around 1-2k/night, offpeak rate. but do not expect that it has a "hotel-like feel because the place is really very simple! plus package does not include breakfast (but there are many cheap places where you can eat so it will not be much of a problem. top floor has a balcony if where you can enjoy the beach view! b) blue wave (in station1) - the rooms are better than blue lilly but it is also quite small and not offer breakfast. location is okay due to its close on Friday. All rooms are facing the beach! c.) White House Boracay (at station 1) - the same site as the blue wave simply rooms are spacious. however, only the family room and suite has a beach view, other types of rooms are sea facing cottages air. d.) very house hotel - not really because I have beachfront You cross the street to get there. However, you only have BEACHVIEW if you are already book their suite (4500/night in offpeak). e) ZUZUNI (station 2) - versus in the previous three resorts I recommended, it is very nice looking as this hotel is a boutique hotel. Zen inspired rooms, plus all the free toiletries were so upscale (L'Oreal, Kerastase, etc). Also the only suite rooms have beachview. I can go on to recommending "affordable" hotels, but mostly not beachfront, and some hotels bachfront was not "affordable" as Regency's station 2. Here is the site where you can check out the room, location and rates: www.bluelillyvilla.com www.bluewavesboracay.com www.truehomehotel.com www.whitehouseboracay.com ZUZUNI think I have a site as well but I'm not so sure. other site can definitely help you on your journey:> www.boracay.com> there is a map here you can find although I think it was considering updating All other resorts that are not found on the map. but there are a whole lot of lists of resorts. Just a tip, rates are much cheaper if you contact resorts directly, you can even ask for discounts! Hope this helps you a lot.
