how to get to Boracay Island, Philippines-cheap ways to Singapore?
my fren and I intend to go for a vacation in Boracay island to ourselves to come late November. we are going to a budget so we tried to search the internet and there are much information on the timeline means of transportation on the island .. have any ferry service from Manila to Boracay or from cebu? and anyone who would know how the White Beach and the water as the latter usually in November?
