apartment rental questions.?
im looking to rent an apartment in cebu city Philippines. I saw an ad that says 2 months advance and 1 month deposit. what does this mean for example, if I put in January, do I pay my rent next march?
No. They are asking for first and last month rent plus security. The extra month rent for the last month you live there. -I rent so the tenant can not use their security as their last months rent. If you move on in January paying 2 months rent plus the security, you next rent payment is February.
