Please help I need your opinion!!!!
I plan to visit Pilippines this Dec. but I do not know what are the hotels are nice to stay close to mall, not too crowded area and best of all inexpensive but not too cheap.
Also what are the places to visit?
I heard about Bohol but how can I get there? Is there's any rented cars or drivers? How much is that?
Please give me some info I need it so bad. I'd search on the internet but there's a lot of deals and I do not know where and what's nice to stay. I am married no children by the way and it is not hard for me to travel.
Thank you so much for all the answers.
There are good but inexpensive hotels around the city. One is Richmond Hotel, very near to Perpetual Succor Hospital, Ayala Center, church and grocery store.
For places to visit in Cebu, you can go South or North. There are also historical places which might interest you. There's Magellan's Cross in downtown Cebu. You can take a public utility vehicle like the classic jeepney which is only one ride from Richmond Hotel to the site. While there, you can visit the Sto. NiƱo Church which houses the famous Child Jesus, the patron saint of Cebu, said to be miraculous. If you go further, you can also visit some of Mactan's white beaches and the noted Lapu-lapu shrine. Anyway, you can always ask for assistance from any hotel receptionist regarding touring the city and its outskirts.
As to Bohol...it takes about 30 minutes in a fastcraft or 2 hours, at the most, with a ferry boat from Cebu. Likewise, you can make inquiries from a hotel receptionist about car accommodations etc. December is sometimes a rainy month but it's worth visiting places you want to see.
Good luck!
