what's the best affordable (cheap but with class) resort in Mactan, Cebu?
Affordable resort on Mactan Island
I once went to HADSAN Resort. It is cheap, although I would call it classy (which is an oxymoron). The majority say it is convenient and clean. If you are the meticulous type, bring your own linen and pillow cases, as I do, so do not bother with the standard of hygiene when I want to save on travel and accommodation funds. But Hadsan is ok.
