What is the best hotel or resort, cebu city, or to stay in cebu?-it has to be very close to night life?
and shopping malls - I'm single and looking really good time, but I like the beach - but cebu city has a lot of KTV bars and the bikini - but I still want to meet a possible keeper Phill beautiful local girl.
there is much to offer. its city and near the mall and nightlife but still depends on your budget and preference to the type of hotel you want from the luxurious five star.
