I need help with booking a flight from cebu to manila.?
I am almost done filling up the information required on booking a flight Cebu Pacific Air but when you click "Buy Now" is saying "We apologize that your transaction can not be processed at this time this, please try your transaction again with another credit card "Then try again with another credit card but I still got the error. Why do you think so?
The same situation happened to me when I booked my wife's flight to Puerto Princesa. The first two used credit cards are not accepted – I got the same message you got. However, the plane ticket to the payment transaction is processed when I used the credit cards issued by Metrobank. I surmised that Cebu Pacific is choosing the credit card is receiving.
