Best place in cebu Philippines for beach holiday?
I have heard that Boracay is now a spoiled paradise catering to mass tourism, so I think I'll have to go elsewhere, many people say Cebu is nice, but I have no idea which is good for me. I like the quiet area, I need nightlife, bars, entertainment, shopping and more, can anyone recommend the best place to go? Thank you!
