There are more things to do in Cebu than either of Boracay, or Davao. Cebu is beautiful beaches and beach resorts in Mactan Island. Cebu is a good size city with many restaurants and shops and there is very good night life with many bars and clubs. Also you can explore the nearby mountains, the Taoist Temple and several historic churches. Boracay is a very beautiful place but once you get tired of beach and water activities there is nothing else to do. The weather was bad in Boracay from June until October with too much wind and rain. Davao is just a big city and a reputation for being dangerous.
