Why am I an Atheist

The better known of course religion of Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Catholicism, and Hinduism. But many more, example, the Amish, the brothers, children of God, Christadelphians, Christian Science, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormons), Community of Christ, Eastern Orthodox churches, Family, fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Polygynists, Jehovah's Witnesses, LDS Restorationists. Messianic Judaism, The Process Hearing, Progressive Christianity, Quakers, Community of Christ, Seventh-Day Adventist Church, adding Church, Unitarian-Universalism, United Pentecostal Church International, Unity School of Christianity, Urantia Book, International Church of God, The Way International, to name just a few!

Which one you follow? ... The one you were born in and brainwashed of course! I now, as of writing, seventy five years old. I was brought up as Jews and forced by my mother to go to synagogue every Saturday. I was also sent to a Jewish school. As a child I tended to have a very logical mind and found it difficult to accept something that can not be convincingly demonstrated me. I was badgered to "God punishes the wicked and reward the good," yet in real life only It does not seem to happen. The straw that broke the camels back happened when I was about thirteen years old. A young cousin of mine was knocked off his bicycle and killed. The whole family gathered for his funeral as local rabbi began his spiel. "And if we ask God and we have no right to ask God, "he began." Why he took this young man. Perhaps he needed an innocent lamb by his side in heaven? "
"What a load of cobbler, the" I remembered thinking. "There are zillions of innocent Lambs available" I walked away from the funeral and from religion.

SO THAT THE SYSTEM IS correct?

Christians believe that Jesus is the Son of God.
Jews and Muslims do not believe that all
Catholics worship the Virgin Mary ... Jews are not
Christians can eat pork
Jews do not eat pork, crab, shrimp, oysters, snails, rabbits etc.
Muslims believe that Muhammad is God's messenger
Catholics can not eat meat on Friday
Hindus consider may the holy and can not kill or eat one
Jews have to install a special little Hebrew scroll to every doorpost in their home and the people must pray to one of a small box strapped onto their heads
Christians believe that Jesus is going to return to earth
Muslims are not eating pork
Christians have to kneel to pray
Jews are to keep all the plates and utensils used to serve meat apart for any Other
Muslims have to agree down and face Mecca
Muslims and Jews to have their animals killed a special way before eating them
Jews to cover their heads
Catholics can confess their sins to their priests and they have forgiven
If a dog licks a Muslim, she has to wash seven times
Jews and Muslims are circumcised men

Every religion of course believe that their right one and unbelievers did not go to heaven. Throughout history they have always slaughtered anyone who disagrees with them.

Religious hypocrisy

Saw the pretty sketches of Adam and Eve in the biblical books? If they exist at all, they look very much like apes. However, consider this: here we Adam and Eve two children. Where is the next generation come from? Did Eve has sex with one of your children? Did Adam and Eve had a daughter, then sex with Adam or one of the children? However you look at it, it is incest. What a great way to start humanity. No wonder there are many idiots in the world!

Christianity and Islam teach "Do to others as you would them to you." Do you see any examples of this are the following credo?

Christianity, Islam and Judaism teach "You shall not kill." What a joke! "It seems they do very little else!

All major religions teach "Love your neighbor." You may have fooled me!

As no evidence of the existence of any God, the faithful will grab any straw to they claim to have seen a sign or a miracle ... The face of Jesus on a piece of toast or a rusty refrigerator: the image of the Virgin Mary on a griddle: a light which is visible from a church and spider moving across the wall, etc. etc. They are so fool that they will follow anyone proclaiming that they nakakaugnay by some divine being, however outrageous the claim or how crooked was the Claimant.

Evangelists. The only bigger idiots than evangelists are to send money to them! Here are some examples of where your money goes.

Miracle. There is no miracle from God! Let's take as an example of Lourdes. Out of thousands of claimed miracles, the church decided that around 67 are miracle indeed, usually because they can not have any other explanation. Some the purported cures were later reversed. An interesting fact here is the fourteen year old girl who started the nonsense suffered from Lourdes asthma who stayed with her until her death!
I personally performed hypnosis for many years and I really know the power of mind over body. When I was a kid, my sister developed a brain tumor. One of the top surgeons in the UK is ready to work with him and said that he has to remove the eyes of nerves in the process, making her blind. Father refused operation. Several months, the swelling dissipated and sisters regained his health. It was sixty years ago and he still going strong. If we were in Lourdes, has been called a miracle! What about the millions of sick people to travel with every single year looking for a cure from their "loving and benevolent God." Only to return home the same disease condition?
