Would you support death squads in your city if you know it will reduce crime by between 80% and 90%?
Mayor Rodrigo Duterte is been accused of using death squads to execute criminals released from prison then offend. Since most crimes are occurring by re-offenders, and since all re-offenders in Davao City was immediately executed, the crime rate plummeted to almost zero overnight and have remained so for years. For irrefutable evidence of clear benefits, would you support vigilante death squads for your country, financed by your taxes? They do not have to kill over A few hundred people a year .. just enough to send a message - and the rest of the criminals run away to another city or give up crime. Charro - Who said it was "wrong" people? I said re-offender. These are people who are convicted of something, time served, and then went out and did it again.
totally agree but only if they make the same offense or worse
