Philippines scam is booming. The largest private investigation company in the Philippines, Philippine PI ™, recently significant increase in the number of internet dating scams affecting clients from U.S., Europe, Canada & Australia. Investigators say the risks from romance scams and fraud in the Philippines is at high level.
