Creolized a language may sound new to the Some people who are not properly oriented in a study of language. In Cavite, which is one of the areas in the Philippines, a creolized language especially 'Chavacano' was spoken. However, this fear creolized languages may soon disappear somehow be possible since most of the natives not to use it compared to the previous generation where it was used as a medium of communication in the province. It is now led by a national language called "Filipino."

What a creolized language mean? Creolized linguists say that language is a language that emerges when pidgin has acquired native speakers.

What a pidgin? Pidgin (cited hhtp: / / en.wikipedia, org / wiki / Pidgin) is a simplified language derived from two or more languages. It is a contact language that developed and used by people who do not share a common language in a given geographical area. It is used in a very limited method and the structure is very simplistic. Pidgin basically died out. However, it was learned that if it is used long enough, it begins to evolve into a richer language with a more complex structure and richer vocabulary. When a pidgin has evolved and has acquired native speakers or have become nativized (The children learn the pidgin as their first language), then it is called a Creole (1997, http://logos.uoregom.edu/explore/socioling/pidgin . html).

Chamber (2003, cited inhttp: / / en.wikipedia.org. / Wiki / chavacano_language) points out that the Chavacano (as a proper noun, as a derivative of 'Chabacano,' the Spanish adjective and as it is generally accepted in the literature, the broadcast media, and Zamboanguenos) or Chabacano (number of Spanish adjective) is the common name for several varieties of Philippine Creole Spanish spoken in the Philippines. Chabacano word - which the name Chavacano is derived from Spanish is for 'poor taste,' 'vulgar,' 'common,' 'Not good', 'tacky' or 'weak'.

Studies show that the Chavacano speakers are concentrated mostly in Zamboanga City, in the provinces of Zamboanga, Basilan, Cavite, and some areas of Davao and Cotabato. According to the 2000 census, there were 607, 200 speakers. Speakers are also found in Samporna, Sabah in Malaysia-not surprisingly-because this northern part of Borneo is close to the Sulu islands and Zamboanga Peninsula, and it was once part of Spanish Philippines until the late 19th century. Some of the indigenous tribes people of Zamboanga also speak the language (Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia).

9. Cosa tu nombre? (What is your name?)

10.Serao Puerta el. (Close the door.)

11. Ya we Borbe. (We'll leave.)

12. Join 'li. (Stay away.)

13. Bene 'qui. (Come here.)

14. Can yo contigo ahead? (Can I go?)

15. We just blows manyana. (We will return tomorrow.)

16. Mauya yo con ele. (I'm ashamed of him.)

17. Onde ya el the hente? (Where do these people?)

18. Can you people insinya co tu Migo? (Can you teach me?)

19. Yo no quiere ansina. (I can not.)

20. De quien este? (Whose is this?)

He also served as one of the representatives of the American Studies Program Committee through the initiative of the Thomas Jefferson Information Center of US Embassy Manila in putting up American Studies Resource Centers in some of the colleges/universities in the Philippines. In 1994-1996, he worked as a high school English teacher in Luuk National High School, Luuk, Sulu, Philippines.

Mr. Lim has conducted a research entitled "Students' Reactions on Code Switching among Teachers". He is also conducting studies about mysticism.
