Why do you think Australia is doing "daylight saving TIME"? What about the Philippines?
I think I want to experience the daylight saving time here in the Philippines! LOL .. (just for a change)
Hobart to daylight saving is absurd, instead of getting light in the Midsummer 4 is about 5 and after day is not set until almost 10. But in mid-winter dawn is about 8 and sunset about 4 not think it would work as well in the Philippines as the days near the equator are more uniform in length.
