These are true to serve the community? arrival may be time to use good leader.I m of '26 years citizens of the Philippines with no job, and stop goin school because we have no money to weakness. my school to college, we were so poor and the government is to help us? Sines 2004 I contacted the president of the Philippines to help us but he did not listen to the cries poor people to seek help. how sad I! give He just me indorsment letter but will not work until now I always follow up to help us but the local government did not I work to help us because we are poor and no name in society and the DOE is not helpful to us "they always say to them a lot of assistance and they are maybe they help for public exporsure.were the budget and the money of the filipino people.
