Filipino dessert made Mochiko (sweet rice flour)?

My mom used to make a dessert that made Mochiko (sweet rice flour). Add cooked chicken and shrimp. Continue to move. Mix with soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add scrambled eggs and mix in
Remove from pan.
Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
