Anyone can give a good recipe for chicken Filipino empanadas? Better ones are NOT spicy or cheese filled etc. Thanks! Cupidtoo ... Thank you. Sounds like a great recipe. One question though ... What purpose is served milk? Do keep the chicken moist or something else?
