What a recipe for pork Adobo?
I need a recipe for Pork Adobo Filipino asap NO cornstarch! Fast hurry! I'm running time! Thanks, Baybay:)
This recipe is from my recipe cookbook Philippines by Enriqueta David-Perez: 1 kilo of pork adobo, cut into pieces about 2 "long and 1 1 / 2" thick 1 head garlic, pounded Soy sauce 4 tsp salt or to taste 1 tsp black pepper, ground 1 T oil 2 c water 1 / 2 c vinegar (native) Place the pork in a saucepan. Add the vinegar, garlic, pepper, salt or soy sauce and water. Cover the saucepan and cook slowly until meat is tender and broth is almost all has evaporated and only 1 / 4 c remains. Drain, separate the pieces of garlic from the pork and fry in oil until brown. Add the pork pieces and fry until brown. Add the broth and let simmer about 5 minutes. Serve hot.
