Do I need a passport for the local flight in the Philippines?
I am planning to fly this coming November 1 from Manila to cebu City. I tried calling the Hotline Cebu Pacific and Philippine Airlines, but the line was always busy. Does anyone have information about it? Thank you ~! 
I FLOWN repeatedly from Cebu & Dumaguete City from Manila without passport ….. You need only your passport when leaving the Philippines ….. apart when you leave the Philippines, If you have long enough, you will need an exit visa from the immigration.
