grand chase philippines patch download

My grand chase Philippines is working normally yesterday but when I tried to open it now, I got stuck in Patcher is Initializing window and I got this error saying patch download is not available and I dont know why ... need help pls. (i got this problem on May 14, Thursday). It's May 13th now just how you have a problem before now? Are you sure you time travel or something?
