Child custody question?
Iv'e are divorced for 12 yrs. My x husband has not seen or spoken to my 3 kids all the time. Now I find if he's filing for custody and parental rights in Nebraska where we are divorced. Their ages are 18, 17 and 15. Now receive This slick I moved the children out of state without getting court permission so they declined my request for an increase in the support 6 months. I am concerned that they use to make trouble. We moved to the Philippines 6 yrs ago and my 2nd oldest is in college here and we do not have the funds or the desire to travel to Nebraska. Any ideas? Oh yah, he also filing for bankruptsy, want a new financial start I guess.
His not involved, if the child, without fulling engulfing them, is willing to testify to his involvement after it so. Perhaps its time for them to decide anyways they are plenty old enough. He will give the correct reasoning behind keeping it attempts well. From what you said to me, there really is not much he can say. If she times out of your life and almost in hiding your small decision to switch calls without court approval should be a issue. What they used to decide custody is where the kids lived most of their lives, that they have lived most, financial stability of each of prospective parents, and dangering or intimidation issues per household.
