What do you think of Filipino music or called OPM?
I mean Filipino music in general as its development, its history, his influence, etc. ... What about its overall effect? What are the problems of Philippine music industry? How do they solve? Thanks a lot
Enjoy the OPM music. I do not see any problem really. You can get most any CD that you are looking for. I still like Ali Zafar, Bamboo, and Paulo Santos though like he was just himself and not try to trends in hair bleach. MYMP I also liked the new girl decided to be more of an artist alone, but I guess that where the peso is. Anyway there are lots of new Bands and artists from all the time. I prefer the Bands like Katy Perry .. FHM also a big write up a few months ago a top 100 list coming aritists OPM. (100 is coming up a lot) The only problem I see is the lack of global exposure, but then if OPM music went global almost all artists are abroad and most of the time we get to see it. Also Star Flower, an up and coming local band from Baguio has a concert in UP Baguio this weekend I think. Check them out. They have sort of a best Ska around going, but very original. Thanks
