Should I rent a house or stay in a hotel in the Philippines?
I'm planing on going to the Philippines next year and I was wondering whether to hire a home for 2 weeks or stay in a hotel? ... and if I stay in a rented house ... is the house are furnished or not? .. a house for rent furnished with? ... Can you please give me detailed information please ... thanks.
Definitively hotel is a better (if not only) choice. Only if you can adjust Renting a home early from someone you can trust that it can be good. If not, you need time to find a house (unsatisfactory and unlikely to complete fast), and then (as stated) you need a contract, a down payment of two months, you may need to adjust for water and electricity (not an easy a quick task), the house can be an "abandoned" conditions, with or without furniture, but quite sure that no appliancies. ... And then after two weeks you are probably ready to enjoy your home but then you go home. The standard of hotels can vary a lot, but many surprisingly good offering of hotel rooms for 500 pesos a day. Select a good one, so you can enjoy your trip.
