how to make the new government and army help eliminate poverty in the Philippines?
I grew up in Samar with no fields in the street market unlike the other Republic of the Philippines with access to Circumferential distribute and get basic goods and necessities ... due to their hospitals and good physicians, some people have to remain maleducated still rely on not really a doctor, sorceries and magic (though some teachers may still believe and talk about aswangs and tikbalangs) ... from the eighties npa's abound there until now resulting in mass exodus to urban areas ... I love and care for my area and the people ... my own expense I get some help children better education but in future they may be working in other areas or countries than my beloved Samar ....
The Philippine government should be built in way to Samar farmers can bring their harvests to the markets and improve the quality of life so that they do not support the New People's Army for the hope to alleviate them from poverty.
