I want to sell my house in the Philippines?
I was just too big for my wife and I. We want to build a smaller house and we would like to sell our house. It is perfect for a foreigner moving to the Philippines. It has 110 and 220 volt wiring and an option for us is to sell this equipment or unfurnished. This is a five bedroom, 3 1 / 2 bath, two story house, with two offices, an exercise room, a pantry, a large kitchen, dining and living room area with a 375 sq meter lot located in Lucena City, Quezon province.
