What r some ways for a foreigner to earn or make money in the Philippines?
Bar one, but with any other options? im a 28 yr old male moved to Palawan. jus wondering what my options are? forgot to mention that I'm married to a filipina living in Palawan.
Be can not. As a foreigner you are way too young to get a retirement visa for residence unless you marry a Filippina no another way for you to become a resident and only residents can own business or property. You can not work with a tourist visa. The best possible can hope for is to build a corporate Filipino partners then it should be 60% Filipino owned. I do not recommend that route at all as each Foreigners know that I tried it it got raped by her partner and left holding the bag and financial damage. Living here in 28, being a foreigner and belongs to a business is a pipe dream. If it is possible many of us have moved here before retirement. Those of us living here married to a local have tried various business and none of them made a profit I could have lived off.
