what the name of the new typhoon hitting the Philippines after ondoy / ketsana?
is it really is stronger than ondoy and when exactly it will hit the Philippines? (pls give a link if you have one) how the situation now in the Philippines? It is complete chaos or people stealing things from affected house? I left manila 3 years ago so I have no clue.
