Why are Filipinos so hypocritical about homosexuality?
So many anthropologists and psychologists from the Philippines would argue that the Filipinos has strong acceptance of homosexuality. And more so, there are so many gay people in the Philippines. If this is the case, how come I always see on tv gay people being discriminated and ridiculed. I always see online rough comments against them and many other activities considered critical and sometimes even violent targeting of homosexuals in the Philippines? The frightening thing is considered normal and even Filipino homosexuals themselves just laugh it.
Honestly, they are a large percentage for acceptance of homosexuality. Besides, there will always be discrimination to homosexuals regardless of their race / nationality.
