I live in the Philippines. I want to send 500 USD from my credit card for the bank account of a friend in the Philippines?
is possible anyways?
I would suggest www.xoom.com I used them many times to send money to the account of my wife in the Philippines. You can use a credit card, or even pay-pal. It usually took about 3 days for the money to get his account. He was living in Southern Leyte, and his account is a relatively small bank. I would think that a large bank in cebu for Manila, will be faster. Good luck.
