bank in the Philippines can withdraw with visa electron card?
plan to go for vacation in manila, I only have a visa electron debit card, the bank or ATM receive my card? thanks guys for your answers. but the VISA sign is different from the VISA ELECTRON.sign .. I just want to make sure I could use my card overthere as i dont want carrying cash.
I have a VISA Electron card issued equal PCI Bank (EPCIB). EPCIB has recently falls through Banco De Oro (BDO). You can see the BDO ATMs in all SM malls and out of all branches of the BDO. The BDO ATMs accept my VISA Electron Card. I think it will only dispense cash Philippine peso. Have a nice day!
