philippines best resorts

Any suggestions which is the best resort in the Philippines (somewhere in Bacolod) .. thanks!
The best resort and my personal favorite is the Palmas Del Mar Torres JR. It is only 15 mins from the port and about 20 from the new airport. Good food, good service and pool 3. Located right the beach with a great view of Guimeras Island. Tell Ronnie (the owner) if you see him Paul sent you.
