immigration in the Philippines for a job?
g'day, I'm canadian. I am enquiring about a job opportunity (paying more superior to canada) but human resources department of companies they are lazy. They want me to sort of a permanent resident visa or residence in my own hands before. I I know married a filipino, but for me here and not there yet I'll try to see if I can qualify with no spouse. The BI.ph website is horrible. Not provide much actionable information.
Due to the fact that unemployment and underemployment in the Philippines are astronomical you'll see there is NO way you can get a visa that allows for employment unless it is sponsored by a company. There is plenty of investment and retirement Schemes allow for you to live there, but they include work permit. If the company wants you then they are going to have to do the heavy lifting and negotiate the incredibly bureaucratic process of obtaining employment visa in the Philippines for you.
