Filipino cookbooks?
Does anyone know of any really good Filipino cookbooks? I'm looking for something with recipes from various region of the Philippines and not too compicated follow. Thank you!
Nora Daza and Maya Kitchen is good. Not sure where you are located but Amazon seems to have a good selection, with a review. If you are not in the Philippines, you might want to get one authored by a loving Filipino overseas. They are suitable the recipes include the more commonly available ingredients.
