Singapore in the Philippines … how long it takes to reach?
Recently, I sent a card in the Philippines, by Registered Mail from Singapore. Exact date is September 29 and said it will take 5-8 days to reach the Philippines. Until now, still accept the claim it does not meet him. She's in Cavite, Philippines. Anyone knows when it will prolly reach? Postal services in the Philippines well? And any way I track it? Philpost tried looking at the website, but shitty & useless! I get impatient. Please help! TIA
