Philippines attacked WWII?

I am confused. As far as I can always know, the Japanese first surprise in the Philippines by air on December 7, 1941, immediately after Pearl Harbor the same day. However, various history books blur the true date of attack for the difference in time. Some books to say that Pearl Harbor was attacked early morning December 8, 1941 (Philippine Time) But it does not make sense because why would the Philippines is a full day behind the time difference? They have a system of different time then? So saying that the Philippines was attacked for the first time in December 8 (USA Time) December 7 NO

Redsox, this is but one representation of "blurs" you see in history books across the spectrum of battles and other events during WW II. For example, following our Declaration of War in Imperial Empire of Japan, the Germans declared war on us dated December 10, 1941. If, however you are a Wermacht or SS soldiers serving in the Eastern Front – the date declared war on us is in fact December 11, 1941 – and would likely to be as strange to why (if the U.S. Declares War on Japan, Germany after the U.S.) the Japanese did not declare war to the Russians. To your main concern however, is December 8 (International Date Line has one of the cross by air and sea across when traveling to and fro 'the Ocean Pacific) in the Philippines on December 7 when Pearl Harbor was attacked. In light of what is now, and if you know of any WW II or other Hero's Military in your area – please just to thank them for their service. Semper Fi, Geri:)
