How ypou sell business continuity management, crisis management and disaster recovery?
Dear colleagues, I am establishing a new company based in the Philippines with BCM / Crisis Management and MR as one of basic services with other services such as fire engineering, Insurance Risk assessments and seminars / Trainings. We first company to offer services such as in a country where the popularity of BCM and risk management is still in its infancy level. I look above, the sale of BCM and rm are the first obstacles. Can anyone share some marketing strategy? Thanks Ramon
Since you are the first company in the country to provide such services, organize a seminar and call the heads of IT companies. - Identify some recent disasters region and inform them about the losses (with numbers) and scare them. - Get some cases where a MR / BCM helped ensure business is not disrupted (in developed countries) - Explain the cost savings for customers by using some believable numbers. - Explain the cost is minuscule compared to potential losses. And splashy brochures give the numbers. Send an email to your offer. If your company is well known, it makes easier by giving the background of your company as well.
