Rice Cakes – there are different ways recipe, all certified Desserts. 3. Danggit – a little dried fish, perfectly crispy 4. Fermented Soy Dragonet – the fat from fatty crablet preserved in a stink but taste great. 5. Green mango and shrimp Paste – no death a combination, if you thought mangoes are best eaten when yellow. 6. Adobo – the best dish truly Filipino. Pork, chicken or beef boiled in soy sauce, garlic, vinegar and more oil! 7. Lechon Baboy – Litson with delicious crispy skin and tender juicy best meat dipped in sweet sauce liver. 8. Dinuguan in Puto – a pork-blood stew pork paired with a rice-based or flour-based pastry. 9. Barbecues – Oh, do you think of chicken and pork lean meat alone … think also of the intestines, chicken heads or feet, pork skin, pork blood curdled and more …

I would think that most immigrants from the west may not appreciate most of the dishes on your list. I would say the truth may be safer to sounds tourists. Almost everyone loves sweets, like hot it can get in the Philippines, halo-halo is appealing. The local tropical fruits that are not available anywhere else is what I would love to try and contain blood or what some may consider unusual part. Adobo is actually a Spanish word meaning, pickled or seasoned. Most countries once under Spanish rule has some form or version of it. Unlikely that soy though.
