philippines dual citizenship application

I was born on January 26 that year 1980 in Naples Italy with both parents are Filipino. A year later my mother took me the Philippines and I was adopted by my immediate family and he was naturalized as a Filipino only to learn after 25 years the truth about my citizenship. I was in my possession all the necessary documents pertaining to my Italian citizenship. I have my birth as well as my baptism certificate and a certification from the national insurance institute disease. I want to know if it is possible for me get back my Italian citizenship or have a dual citizenship. Would you please send me information on how I should process my application and all requirements needed to submit and the time frame of said process. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.
Howdy, it does not look like you got Italian citizenship just because you were born there. Also, considering your Filipino parents - and it seems not Italian citizens - to delete another path for you to regain Italian citizenship. However, I provided a link you can request the Italian citizenship if you were born in Italy and more than 21 years old. Do not you know if that applies to you or not. However, your best options are likely to contact the Italian Embassy in the Philippines (see link) - or any country you live in (if you're in the Philippines - see last link) .. good luck to you.
