philippines dual citizenship requirements

I am a half-Caucasian half filipino citizen of the United States. I was born the Philippines and when I was born my mother was a citizen of the Philippines. a young age we moved back to America and stayed there for a long time. now I'm back here in the Philippines and I graduated from highschool here and go to college here. what my needs? Do I need some foreign papers some kind where not to? I read and I for dual citizenship?
Some basic requirements for the Philippine college / university certificate birth, high school grade card or official copies of records, ID pictures, down payment, entrance examination to the college / university has one.
