philippines dvd region code

DVD drive region code help!?
I am decrypting a DVD to DVD and then shrink my computer asked me If I want to change my region code so I am without even thinking ... how dumb! I am from the Philippines and I changed the code in the USA. Now I can only change it 4 more times but i dont know how. Since I only use my DVD drive for Decrypting, with ripping and burning and do not really watch DVDs on my computer, I was just wondering that affect the dvd to burn I need cause it to play in the local code of DVD player region.
Click on Start, click My Computer, right click your dvd drive and click Properties, click Hardware, double-click on your dvd drive there and then select the dvd region and change it from there. do not forget to click Ok down the bottom after you change it. to make the movie region free need to click Open the file, find the movie there and click ok, then run Analysis, after you click on backup, it is likely to demonstrate your drive that it wants to burn the film to, to above, and I do not remember that one, but one of them will take you to the dvd region, make sure the box where it says region free ticked, then click ok.
