I just came from another country for two years ago, and do I explain myself very well in English?
Right I just came here in America from the Philippines as two years ago. You can give any tips on how I might better explain myself like fixing my thoughts and everything to tell a story or say something about myself. It is really hard for me, I always have pauses, when I speak to English words do not come naturally from my mouth and I really hate it. How do I get it better? Approach is two years I was fourteen years old, and I speak English a lot but I have a accent and everything. So please help me. I do not want to get socially awkward for them.
Judging by the way you wrote it you are doing great! Just be there, it will come in time. A lot of people like a point to not be self-consciously. And like others said, do not lose your own language. Being bilingual is a big thing!
