what will be the best place to start a small chocolate factory in the Philippines?
Things to consider: - good connection to all major tourist areas: Borocay, cebu, Manila, Pampanga, .... - Where the above is reasonable (rent, wages, taxes, ...) - where I get motiveated of English speaking staff - and where there is no problem with water and electricity, so no brown outs, floodings, .... or other problems. fairly certain question again, but probably a business person in the Philippines has some ideas
