Who likes to cook food in a Philippine cuisine-like?
I love the food (except for chocolate allergies) espcially in the Philippines. But do you also can make an Italian cuisine Philippine ingredients of adobo? Please tell us about it.
I am a little confuse with your question but I have to try to answer them the best I can. I love Philippine cuisine I grew up eating here, and I also cook a lot of various cuisines such as Italian, Chinese, Mexican etc. but it's kinda hard to bring together the same exact ingredients of the Philippine adobo style Italian cooking, adobo is a mix of garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, bay leaves, onions and sometimes but if you only use the garlic clove and bay leaves and add tomato sauce and other seasonings add noodles and you can make spaghetti which is different from the Philippine spaghetti with sweet and hot dogs, so you can use the same exact ingredients to a different cuisine, you should really change it to use Philippine food items like soy sauce and vinegar in the recipe much like adobo, paksiw, stew, etc., where as more Italians use a tomato base such as spaghetti, lasagna, etc.
