How do I save my property from being foreclosed?
My property is on the verge of foreclosure after my husband left it free. The bank wanted me to pay the arrears but I can not afford it. I tried selling it but to no avail. Any other means? Are there any banks around that can take it and give lighter payment terms? I have read much about it in other countries but not find any here in the Philippines.
Tell you now if the house is in the USA you can not do from the Philippines. I have a family because many times. and know the situation all over the country .. Must home to rear them or give someone power of attorney, and I can tell you now that nobody will bother with it if not interested enough to come home and take care of it .. Plus they like living in your home .. Now if your house is in PI, the banks have be happy to take your place to most any reason if they are worth more in debt to them.
