bank fraud and corruption in the Philippines?
We are stolen check sent to us from Florida, USA in November 2005 and was sent to our Philippine Post Office. As the investigation that made us, the stolen check was deposited to the account of Rustan Foreign Exchange Bank of Guam by a certain Rev. Jave Jimenez with account number 0120-001517. The number of Christians in the Philippines is increasing but the graft and corruption has increased more. Philippines is the 2nd most corrupt country in Asia. And we're the only Christian (Catholic) countries in Asia. We are not worthy to be called Christian country. We dishonor God name. Corruption must stop! Common is rooted in the Philippines, please help us, to root this corruption.
