philippines government corruption

How can I not convince any third world country or any rich man to buy the Philippines?
Or leave the country. May just too much corruption and resources wasted. And I crossed out all other options such as 1. become a propaganda-are like Jose Rizal and die like Jose Rizal so my work will get published and appreciated and hope that it works even after 8 decades. 2. be a martial artist and killed by the government (very stupid idea, btw) 3. support the government and hope to gradually change it. (If you can not beat them, join them … and then what?) 4. Study hard to be a bad scientist create the virus and the Assault foreigners. So now, selling the Philippines is the best idea just now. So, how can I not convince any third-world country or any rich person (such as Manny Pacquiao or Lucio Tan or Henry Sy) to buy the Philippines?
