need help with this cartoon? Forgot title.been its looking for it for quite some time now.?
im from the Philippines. I remember watching cartoons with abc5 the mid90's. Well I cannot say its a cartoon, cousin - everytime I saw it, have this picture on the screen. where you gotta look for someone * prefer * a fugitive that picture. the man is wearing the striped long-sleeved shirt (im not sure if the color red and white, or black n white stripes). He's Wearin glasses hat. I know that only a vague clue. but all I remember. so please help. i cannot find it on the internet. and cartoon * * * was bugging me for reasons i dunno .. thanks in advance.
sounds like where's waldo me ... I read the book when I was younger but can not remember if it was made in a cartoon or not ... He wears a red and white striped long sleeve shirt, round glasses, a white beanie hat with a red poof ball on top ... brown hair. Not sure who to tell or not though ...
