Who has any information about subdivision in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines?
My wife (who else?) Would not want to live in crowded barangays chismoso with neighbors. He can get claustrophobic! What would he be a good 2-story home in a sub-division in the direction of the direction of SM and Lumbia airport, with a big garden, lots of green and forests around it, see the mountains and not crowded, meaning it should not be a house with a row of other houses the same design. we nakakaugnay by real-estate agent but they all want to push what they want or need to sell. The last one even offered a nice house in Cavite, Manila, which is almost 2-hour flight from CDO? Lol. Intelligent suggestions are appreciated greatly. We still in Europe, but want action It settled sometime in February / March when we are in the Phils.
I am from CDO. The most known, I think Xavier Estate. I guess it comes in a million peso price tag to offer the current best modern Amenities, security, location and other stuffs. But they say the land is-infested termites. I havent verified if its true, maybe you can check it yourself or with a simple treatment will do. Then a Golden Village. The two sub is worth looking into and you can atleast make sure your neighbors. There is a lot of the subdivision along with SM-Lumbia airport. If your choice of a sub that anyone can live with., You can be sure your neighbors and news of people ransacking other people's homes its quite common.
